Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase from the day of delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at hello@upperform.design and include your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We accept returns for any reason, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, and are unused. Please make sure to include all elements of the product and carefully pack the product in the original box to better protect it from damage during transport.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We have the right to charge you if the product was used, some elements are missing, or the packaging was damaged more than necessary to test the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on hygiene products such as earrings. We also do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders, items on sale, and Gift Vouchers.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the returned item, unless agreed otherwise. 

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time until the point we have shipped your order. To cancel your order, please send us a clear request to hello@upperform.design and include your order number.

DEFECTS
If you discover any clear damage to the packaging upon receipt of delivery, please report this to the shipping provider immediately. If you have received the incorrect product from us or if the product itself is damaged, please contact us by email at hello@upperform.design

UNKNOWN ADDRESSEE/LOST PACKAGE
If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order has been processed, please email us immediately at hello@upperform.design so we can fix it for you before the package is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for lost packages due to address errors, unknown addressee, or undeliverable address, and you will not be eligible for replacement or refund. However, if the package does get returned and received by us, we can re-ship it with an additional shipping + handling fee. We will not be responsible for a package that is marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package gets lost in transit, the shipping carrier will be contacted for additional delivery information, and we will try our best to help locate your package. UPPERFORM will not be responsible for missing packages that are marked delivered.

REFUNDS
If you have the right to a refund, we will generally issue the refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the product. The refund will usually be sent to the payment method used when you initially purchased the product.
