Circular Economy Product Design

Develop a premium, sustainable, shampoo dispensing system that replaces the need for single-use plastic while maintaining a high-end sensory experience.

The personal care market is flooded with single-use plastics. While refillable schemes exist, many lack the durability or aesthetic appeal to integrate seamlessly into a luxury bathroom environment.

We designed a highly durable container using Anodized Aluminum for its corrosion resistance and premium finish. The new design can be easily washed and refilled, extending the usable life of the product.

The design features a curved body for grip in wet environments. The pump is made of 50% recycled PP+50% virgin
PP to maintain good mechanical
properties.
