Lifestyle Brand Strategy

Transform a vague "premium lifestyle" concept into a market-ready jewelry brand with a clear, financially viable 12-month production and marketing roadmap.
Their ambitions initially far exceeded the available budget, leading to a lack of focus. With too many competing concepts and not enough resources to develop them simultaneously, the project stalled.
We began by defining the brand’s core identity and choosing the name Oseira, a deliberate blend of the French océan (ocean) and oser (to dare). This identity captures a relentless, feminine force of nature that is simultaneously serene, powerful, and earthy.
To bridge the gap between vision and available resources, we developed an evaluation system to filter the many concepts and identifying the most viable direction. We suggested the approach of launching a proof of concept. This was supported by a deep dive into the product's financial model, accounting for both visible and hidden costs to establish a premium pricing strategy and a realistic collection volume. Finally, we delivered a comprehensive 12-month operational roadmap, aligning product development with a strategic marketing rollout to minimize risk while firmly maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning.
